Abstract
This book is intended as an introduction to the engineering ethics,
professionalism and applications. The topics covered include both
ethics and professionalism which are useful for undergraduate
students studying engineering or engineering technology degree in
Malaysia. The chapters of this book were designed to fit the
professionalism framework in a corporation and organization in
this challenging environment. Chapter 1: Engineering-values and
norm, reflects the fundamental traits and attributes of the
professionals. Both Chapter 2: Career development and Chapter
3: Engineering Knowledge Capitals emphasize opportunity and
diversity of human capital development mechanism. The last
