Abstract
This book focuses in helping students and young professionals in the engineering field
who wish to improve their fluency in the English language. It is developed based on the
frequently used communicative situations at the workplace for engineers in the industry.
The book contains three units and all the units are designed to firstly build users'
motivation and confidence towards spoken communication, then to strengthen users'
communicative abilities in product presentation, and lastly, to enhance their confidence in
facing conflicts.
