Abstract
Social sciences research mainly comprises of qualitative and
quantitative types of research, besides research based on historical and
document review. Currently, both types of research are based on historical
and document review. Both types of research are signifiant in providing
new insights and knowledge derived from the research fidings. At the
moment, the descriptive type of research is widely practised by researchers
from modern nations such as the United States of America, Great Britain
and Japan.
Nevertheless, to be a practitioner in social science research, one
should be able to have a comprehensive understanding and foundation of
applied social science research. Hence, this book is timely written as it
contains some valuable information for novice researchers who would like
