Book 1 and Book 2 are the Mandarin textbooks written
and designed by the local Mandarin Language teachers from Universiti
Malaysia Pahang.

”
consists two books with 20 lessons. These
textbooks are designed for the non-Chinese students form zero basics. The
contents of the textbooks are based on the HSK Level 1 & 2 syllabus. It aims
to train students to reach the HSK Level 1 & 2 through languages skills. The
uniqueness of the textbooks are based on five aspects such as the topics are
closely to the students’
daily life; the selection of vocabulary included both HSK
vocabulary and Malaysian Chinese vocabulary; the grammar points are easily
understandable; the exercises are familiar with HSK exam format; the culture
contents are suitable.
