the viva voce:
a. Being a panel/advisory member in the related committee

If you are involved in the academic activities, researchers from the similar field will
recognize you as an expert in your area. This, in turn, gives you an opportunity to gain
new ideas through networking.
b. Collaborative work with industries

Involve with industries as much as you can to have a strong engagement. This helps in
gaining a wider and practical knowledge. Often, demanding issues to be tackled are
obtained through industrial engagement.
c. Conference paper/proceeding

While submitting your research paper to conferences, you will have a chance to
contribute your new ideas/findings, in turn, you will get recognized. It is also a
gateway for you to join with the respective research community in order to get a new
insight.
d. Conference presentation

Presenting your work at a conference is more to the memorial experience. By sharing
knowledge with others, you can create new engagements. Often, the question and
answering or the discussion session of the conference will act as a right platform for
you to practice/rehearse your answering skills.

Authoring a book chapter is an indicative of your enhanced knowledge and the
readiness to be shared with others. It is an accomplishment to prove that you are an
expert in the field.
i. Exhibition

By exhibiting your findings, a true benefit of the research work is realised. In addition,
you have a chance to improvise your work from the comments of visitors comprising
public and industry.
